I finished this Scrap Sack tonight.
I usually don't cook, but this recipe was so easy that I whipped it up in no time this afternoon.
Easy Cherry Pie
1 Ready Graham Crust - low fat
1 vanilla sugar free/fat free instant pudding
1 sugar free/fat free Cool Whip - thawed
1 can lite cherry pie filling
Mix together vanilla instant pudding (powder) and cool whip. Put mixture into pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Top with pie filling.
It is delicious, too!
